Approaches to Healing:
I call my approach to healing “Integrative Acupuncture Care.” I explain it this way, because each of us is a complex multi-faceted organism. Clearly, we need our health models and practitioners to be capable and multi-faceted too. My approach to healing moves beyond everyday acupuncture care into a weaving of Traditional Oriental Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and a Life-Style Counseling .
As an Integrative Acupuncture Care practitioner, I strive to offer my patients the very best in safe and effective approaches to healing. As such, I am capable and comfortable working with many levels of health. I view this as a journey from the skin down deep into the invisible world of Qi & blood chemistry, across the apparent divide into nerve, soft tissue and orthopedic conditions, behind the veils of suffering to our deep rooted psychological challenges, while not overlooking the complex interactions of hormones, to then traveling back up to the simple truth of what our pulses, tongue, and face say.
The profound wisdom of this integrated, healing paradigm is an enormous
reason why I love my work. The other is sharing it with my patients.
